What to expect in a session
Before moving to the futon we talk, using Nonviolent Communication (NVC), to agree on your boundaries. This conversation helps me understand what you are going through, clear up any questions and get to know each other a little better.
Then we do some breathing exercises to co-regulate our bodies and enter a safe space of complete trust.
